The Pump Works Inc. values your business, If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return your unused item for a prompt refund or exchange, refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase less a restocking. The original shipping charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, additional shipping charges will be incurred. Call for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) before returning product to us, only new unused products are returnable, they must be in the orginal package. Any product returned to is subject to a 15% restocking charge. Custom Product Orders are not returnable, Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
